Can I change plan at any time?▾
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades happen through the Stripe billing portal, with automatic proration on the current cycle.
What happens if I exceed the lead limit?▾
Once you hit the monthly limit, new leads are paused and you'll receive an upgrade prompt. On the first of the following month the counter resets automatically.
Are you GDPR-compliant?▾
Yes. Fluenx is designed as a data processor (DPA accepted at signup), with encryption of sensitive tokens at-rest, an audit log, and one-click support for GDPR requests (Art. 15-21).
Do you issue VAT invoices for businesses?▾
Stripe issues automatic receipts for every payment. For a business invoice with VAT details, reach out to billing@fluenx.net.
